We are Sue & KENNY: Mark & Vicky.
We have lived here in Yalikavak since April 2005. We decided to open "Bodrum Sun" so that
we could help new owners and potential owners with the problems of buying property abroad.
Whether you have already bought or are merly thinking of buying, let us help and
advise you with the ins and outs. We can manage your property when you go back home and keep in regular contac by E-mail or
telephone. If you need any type of work done, we can do that and let you know that things are being done, so you don't have
to worry.
We have a secure key holding service and we will check on your property on a weekly
basis, reporting to you with any faults or defects, and indeed, any problems which may occur; We can send you photographs
by E-mail of any damage which may have occured and obtain quotes for the work required.
Should you require any work being done when you are at home, send us details
of what work you require and we will obtain quotes and send them to you for your approval prior to the work being carried
out.
We will also supervise any work being carried out and advise you that the work
has been completed on time and in a satisfactory manner.
Another service we provide is, prior to your arrival, we will pre-clean your property
and prepare your bedding, so that you arrive to a fresh, clean home and bed. We also supply an airport transfer on your
arrival in Turkey and ensure that your property has fresh milk, tea,coffee,etc, waiting for you when you arrive.
We can supply all trades and supplies. You tell us what you want and we will do
our best to provide it for you. Give us the hassle to deal with so that when you arrive in Turkey you can enjoy your time
here hassle free. [You don't want to go back home needing a holiday!!!}
If there is anything you want, don't be afraid to ask us. We specialise in dealing
with PEOPLE. If we can make your stay happy, then we are happy.
